German-born and London-based, Stephan Erdmann brings over 25 years of experience designing and delivering interactive training programmes in both English and German for clients across multiple industries and continents.
With a background in professional acting β trained at Drama Centre London β Stephan brings a distinctly human dimension to facilitation and programme design. His work draws on forum theatre, NLP, and immersive experiential learning to create training that doesn't just inform, but genuinely changes behaviour.
Over the past eight years, Stephan has led ongoing programmes in unconscious bias, psychological safety, and inclusion leadership for leading financial services firms, global law firms, and major tech companies. He has designed and facilitated HSE Leadership development programmes in Germany and the UK, and runs regular virtual leadership development sessions for organisations across Europe.
As a qualified NLP practitioner, confidence coach, and voice and communication specialist, he brings an additional layer of personal impact and presence work that sets his facilitation apart.
